Restore. It's a word we use for what we do with old cars, fixer-uppers, and even browsing the Internet on your computer. When we restore things we're simply trying to get them to function how they used to function before they got all messed up.

If you think about it, the Bible from beginning to end is a story of restoration. We're all messed up with a problem called sin (Romans 3:23; 6:23), but through the gift of His Son, God has made a way to restore us. The Restoration Room is filled with things that have been "restored" and "repurposed." Take for example the cross. God took a symbol of death and doom, and repurposed it into a symbol of life and hope!
